SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Business Identity & Program Description

Viking Psychiatry & Wellness (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers SMS messaging services to provide customers with appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, customer support messages, and, where applicable, relevant service or promotional communications (only where explicit consent has been provided).

Messages are sent to customers who have booked an appointment through our website at https://vikingpsychiatrywellness.3x.agency, scheduling forms, or other communication channels and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-in is collected via web forms, scheduling forms, or other communication channels using a dedicated, unchecked checkbox that clearly provides consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Viking Psychiatry & Wellness Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (260) 297-5120. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 3. Carrier Liability Clause

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Message Frequency & Fees

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages periodically based on your interactions with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
